Athause is the data controller for the personal data collected through this pre-launch waitlist landing page. Because our product is a B2B operating system and portfolio distribution engine designed specifically for luxury real estate agencies, our data collection is strictly limited to professional B2B contexts.

2. Data We Collect & Legal Basis

We adhere to the principle of data minimization under Article 5(1)(c) of the GDPR. We collect only:

• Work Email Address: The only personal identifier we collect. Personal consumer emails (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) are discouraged as our service is strictly B2B.
• Metadata: IP address, timestamp, and basic device headers (collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and service stability).

Our legal basis for processing this information (Article 6(1) GDPR) is:

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): You explicitly request to join our early access queue.
• Legitimate Interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): To communicate with business prospects, verify agency status, and deliver updates regarding the pre-launch status of the Athause platform.

3. Data Hosting & Subprocessors

We do not sell, rent, license, or trade your contact information. To host this landing page and manage submissions, we share your data with the following GDPR-compliant subprocessors:

• Supabase: A secure cloud database infrastructure used to store your email address. Data is stored in secure database servers implementing Row Level Security (RLS).
• Vercel: Our hosting and serverless function infrastructure provider.

If any subprocessor transfers data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), such transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to guarantee an equivalent level of protection.

4. Your GDPR Rights

As a European data subject, you hold the following rights under Chapter III of the GDPR:

• Right of Access: Find out if we process your data and get a copy of it.
• Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate email information.
