By accessing this website, requesting early access to the Athause operating system and portfolio distribution engine, or submitting your email, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. Pre-Launch Waitlist Policy

Athause is a B2B SaaS platform under active development. Joining the waitlist represents an expression of interest to review our platform when beta slots or commercial licenses become available:

• No Guarantee of Access: Joining the waitlist is entirely free and does not guarantee immediate, eventual, or structured access to the Athause software, platform services, or any future products.
• B2B Vetting: We reserve the right to review, prioritize, or decline waitlist applications based on agency verification and B2B requirements.
• Submission Limits: In order to protect our servers and ensure security, we enforce rate limits (maximum of 3 submissions per minute per IP address). Attempts to bypass these limits or submit synthetic email leads are grounds for automatic deletion.
